Twin Restaurant is a free tool, and tips are entirely voluntary. If you leave a tip and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact Jeremy Philip Galen through the Service, and we will help arrange it with Paddle.

Processing
