Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Twin Restaurant (the "Service") is operated by Jeremy Philip Galen ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you are entering into an agreement with Jeremy Philip Galen. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By continuing to access or use the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. What the Service does

Twin Restaurant is a free tool that suggests a comparable restaurant in another city based on a restaurant you provide, using cuisine, vibe, and price signals together with publicly available data such as Google Maps. Suggestions are provided for general informational purposes and may be inaccurate or incomplete; you should verify details (such as addresses, hours, and availability) independently before relying on them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • send spam or attempt to defraud us or other users;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party;
  • interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of and intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, content, design, and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Tips and payments

Twin Restaurant is free to use. You may choose to leave a voluntary tip to support the project. Tips are optional, do not entitle you to any product, feature, or service, and are not required to use any part of the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and related mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller's jurisdiction. For any questions about these terms, please contact Jeremy Philip Galen through the Service.
